Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Dart Tracker app ("the app"), provided by Bartu Ozel. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Use of the app

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes to keep score of darts games. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.

Your data

Everything you enter stays on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your device and its backups; deleting the app deletes its data.

Scores and statistics

The app calculates scores, checkout suggestions and statistics automatically. They are provided for convenience and may contain errors; they are not official results for any competition.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bartu Ozel is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
